Factory-Links bearing kits are engineered specifically for off-road applications, featuring a heavy-duty premium marine grease combined with specialised complex thickeners to achieve near-complete waterproofing. This formulation delivers superior protection against rust and corrosion. To enhance performance in extreme environments, grease fill has been increased from 30% to 60%, effectively preventing moisture intrusion. Unlike standard industrial 2RS ball bearings, which prioritise low torque at the expense of water resistance, these bearings are optimised for durability and longevity in challenging terrain.
Features
- Pre-packed with premium marine grease formulated for waterproof performance
- Enhanced with complex thickeners to resist water intrusion
- Grease fill increased to 60% for superior protection in harsh conditions
- Specifically designed for off-road use with improved resistance over standard industrial 2RS bearings
