UK Delivery Options

Standard (orders under £30)

  • Price: £5.49

  • Estimated timeframe: 5–7 working days (most orders arrive in 3–4 working days)

Express (Tracked, faster service)

  • Price: £6.99

  • Estimated timeframe: around 2–3 working days

  • Orders placed by 2:00pm are prioritised for same-day dispatch (Mon–Fri)

Free Shipping (orders £70+)

  • Price: Free

  • Estimated timeframe: 5–7 working days (most orders arrive in 3–4 working days)

UK Next Day Delivery

  • Price: £14.99

  • Eligibility: available for qualifying items ordered Monday–Friday before 2:00pm (see terms below)

Next Day Delivery — Terms & Coverage

  • Mainland UK: available to most postcodes.

  • Dispatch cut-off: orders placed after 2:00pm Friday dispatch on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

  • Saturday delivery: available in many areas; orders over 2kg placed on Friday are not guaranteed for Saturday.

  • Parcels over 2kg: Next Day is usually available to most mainland addresses; Saturday delivery not guaranteed.

  • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and remote areas: deliveries (especially over 2kg) may take an additional 2–4 working days, subject to carrier networks. If less than 2 kg still not guaranteed on Next day.

  • Delivery window: typically 8:00am–6:00pm on the next working day.

  • UK services operate Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

International Shipping

We ship from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and express international services, with tracking unless stated otherwise. Delivery times vary by destination and parcel weight.

Channel Islands (VAT): Orders to the Channel Islands are treated as zero-rated exports for VAT. The total amount payable at checkout remains unchanged.

Typical vs. advised timeframes
While we advise 5–7 working days for UK Standard services, most orders arrive in 3–4 working days.

Where is my order?
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please check your tracking link in the dispatch email for updates. If you still need help, contact our Customer Service within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Cancelling or amending an order
You can cancel or make changes before dispatch. Dispatch timing depends on the delivery option selected. Please contact us as soon as possible.
