Its precision-moulded body is made from high-strength nylon composite, and it features a thermoplastic polyurethane cover to increase shock absorption and protect against pinch flats. The rim lock is super light and impact-resistant, weighing only 68 grams (2.4 oz). It includes an aluminium LiteLoc™ rim lock nut and bevelled washer for secure installation. Unique angled and tapered ribs lock the tyre securely to the rim. The recommended tightening torque on the nut is 10 lb/ft.
