    ⚙️ General Information

    Please contact us before you initiate a return, otherwise your return might be rejected.
    Online orders include a 14-day return window from the day after delivery, followed by another 14 days to send the goods back.
    All items must include their original packaging, tags, and labels, and be in perfect, unused, and resalable condition.
    Please ensure you return your goods as sold, with no signs of use or installation.


    ⚡ Items Not Eligible for Return

    We cannot accept returns for:

    • Clearance itens 

    • Electrical or electronic parts (CDIs, stators, coils, etc.), unless defective

    • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

    • Special-order items, lubricants, oils, and cleaning products

    • Sealed hygiene goods (helmet liners, balaclavas, earplugs, visors with protective seal) once unsealed


    🧾 Return Window (Days 1–14 after delivery)

    • You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

    • After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.

    • Refunds include the standard outbound delivery cost (£4.49) only.

    • No restocking fee applies during this period.

    • We will deduct a reasonable amount if the product was handled beyond normal inspection (for example, installed or used).


    📦 Conditions for Returns

    Please ensure that:

    • Goods are unfitted, unused, and in original packaging

    • Seals and wrapping remain intact

    • Boxes (e.g. helmets, boots) are placed inside an outer box/bag

    • No labels or tape are applied directly to product packaging

    • Damaged or missing packaging will incur a 10% repackaging fee

    • Returns must be notified within 14 days of dispatch

    • Items showing signs of use, damage, or installation will not be accepted and will be returned to you


    ⚙️ Restocking Fee (Goodwill Only — Outside 14 Days)

    For returns made after the 14-day window, a 20% restocking fee applies to cover inspection and repackaging, and £4.49 outbound shipping will be deducted.

    ➡️ This includes change of mind, ordered by mistake, or items ordered wrongly — all fall under the same return terms.


    🔁 Goodwill Window (Days 15–28 from delivery)

    • Returns after 14 days will only be accepted as Store Credit or Exchange.

    • Items must be received by Pro Power MX before the 28th day after delivery.

    • Returns arriving after this period will not be accepted, regardless of postage date.

    • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

    • £4.49 outbound shipping and up to 20% restocking will be deducted.

    • If the original order had Free Shipping, and the item is returned after 14 days, the £4.49 standard delivery fee will also be deducted.

    • The Goodwill policy does not apply to non-returnable or opened hygiene items.


    💳 Store Credit Details

    • Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

    • Can be used for any future purchase at Pro Power MX

    • Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

    • Reflects deductions for shipping, restocking, or repackaging fees


    🚚 Shipping & Free Shipping Orders

    • Standard Delivery: £4.49

    • If you selected a faster method (e.g. Next Day), we refund only the standard rate (£4.49)

    • Change-of-mind, ordered-by-mistake, or wrongly-ordered items: you pay the return postage, using a tracked and signed-for service such as Royal Mail or Parcel2Go

    • If we sent the wrong or faulty item, we cover both outbound and return shipping

    • Free Shipping Orders:

      • Within 14 days: refundable outbound = £0

      • After 14 days: £4.49 Standard Delivery will be deducted from your store credit or exchange


    💳 Refunds

    • You’ll receive an email once your return is received and inspected

    • Refunds are made to your original payment method minus:

      • 20% restocking fee (if applicable)

      • Shipping deduction (£4.49 if applicable)

      • Your return postage cost (if applicable)

    • Refunds usually take 3–5 working days

    • Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you


    🔁 Exchanges

    Yes — exchanges are possible!
    Just contact us and we’ll arrange the exchange directly.

    ➡️ Please make sure your parcel arrives before 28 days from delivery.
    We recommend a tracked and insured service, as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
