ITEM RETURNS

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from us. The items must have all their tags, labels and original boxes all be in perfect condition.

Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all original packaging, tags & labels within 30 days of dispatch. Items packaged in a box, e.g. boots, helmets,  must be returned in an outer box or bag for protection. Please do not apply returns label to the product packaging, apply it inside. PLEASE NOTE Pro Power MX will not cover the costs of returning your items.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 30 days.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel2Go.

 

How to Handle Returns:

You can initiate a return for your purchased items, and we will be pleased to process a refund for you. Please ensure that the items meet the following criteria:

  • The goods should be in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Packaging, cellophane wrapping, and tamper-resistant seals must remain intact.
  • When returning items, make sure to package them correctly, resembling the way you received them. Avoid simply affixing labels and sending them without an outer bag or box.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns for underwear or swimwear.

Refund Processing Time:

We will promptly notify you via email once we receive your returned items and proceed with the refund. The refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used for your initial order.

When you cancel an order, the reserved funds will become available to you again. The duration of this process typically spans 3-5 working days, depending on your payment provider. Regrettably, we do not have the capability to expedite this time-frame. If you require further clarification, please consult your payment provider for assistance.

We take pride in our commitment to improving our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have any suggestions on how we can enhance our services or if you encounter any issues with the service you've received, please don't hesitate to share your feedback with us.

If the funds remain unreleased after 5 working days, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team, and we will investigate the matter further on your behalf.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it will be sent back to you.

Is Exchange an Option?

At this time, we do not provide exchange services. Instead, we kindly ask that you initiate a return for any items you no longer wish to keep and then place a new order for your desired items.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the expenses associated with returning items for a refund. However, in the rare instance where your item is defective or faulty, we will reimburse you for the postage costs, up to a maximum amount of £10, provided that the return is made within 30 days.
